Cancellation Policy

1. Safety and Supervision: • Adult Supervision Required: Children using the bouncy castle must be supervised by a responsible adult (18 years of age or older) at all times. An adult is responsible for the safety and behavior of all children using the equipment. • Childcare Not Provided: We do not provide childcare. The rental party is fully responsible for the care and supervision of all children. • Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur to children while using the bouncy castle. This includes, but is not limited to, falls, collisions, and injuries resulting from riding or improper use. We are only responsible for ensuring that the bouncy castle is in safe operating condition during the rental. 2. Usage and Restrictions: • Age and Weight Restrictions: Age and weight restrictions may apply when using the bouncy castle. Please ask at time of booking for specific restrictions. • Prohibited Items: No sharp objects, food, drinks or shoes are allowed on the bouncy castle. No pets are allowed on or around the bouncy castle. • Proper Use: The bouncy castle must be used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and safety guidelines. Playing, climbing on walls and jumping too high are strictly prohibited. 3. Rental and Cancellation: • Rental Period: The rental period begins and ends at the time stated in the rental agreement. Additional fees may apply for late returns. • Cancellation Policy: To cancel or change the rental time, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Cancellations within 12 hours may incur a cancellation fee. 4. Inspection and Setup: • Inspection: The renter must inspect the bouncy castle upon delivery for any damage or defects. Any concerns should be reported immediately. • Set-up and tear-down for rentals outside our premises only: We can provide set-up and tear-down services for an additional fee. If the renter is responsible for set-up and tear-down, they must ensure that it is done correctly and safely. 5. Weather: • Adverse weather: Rentals may be canceled or rescheduled due to severe weather conditions such as high winds, heavy rain or thunderstorms. 6. Indemnity: • Damages: By renting a bouncy castle, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages and liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use of the equipment.
